How can I submit a service ticket?
To submit a service ticket, please visit our website and select the service ticket button. Fill out the required information and provide a detailed description of the issue. Our team will reach out and schedule a time to complete services requested.
What is the process for paying my invoice?
We accept all payment options including cash, check, card, or online. We can send you a link, you input your information and click pay my bill. Once complete, you will receive an emailed receipt.
Can I call and request a service and/or quote
As pool season in Ohio is unfortunately limited, we ask that you please submit all quote and service requests online in order for us to keep our phone traffic down to ensure we are able to complete projects faster. In return, we are able to get to your doorstep much sooner.
How do I order water for my liner job that is coming up?
We will coordinate with whatever water delivery service you select to ensure water is delivered at the adequate time.
